Bais Medrash Bais Nosson Tzvi of Lakewood, led by Rav Shmuel Halberstadt, has a long-standing Adopt-A-Kollel partnership with Kollel Kol M’Heichal, led by Rav Binyomin Povarsky. On Shabbos Parshas Terumah, Rav Povarsky visited the kehillah and addressed the kehillah a number of times. A special kiddush was given in honor of the Rosh Kollel.
