Kehal Bais Elimelech of Lakewood, led by Rav Raphael Pashkus, held its annual renewal of its partnership with Kollel Yeshivas Be’er Moshe. The event was celebrated with a Chanukah morning breakfast on erev Shabbos Parshas Mikeitz. On the preceding Shabbos, Rabbi Tzvi Aryeh Rosenbaum, a member of the kehillah, gave a powerful address depicting his firsthand account of seeing a kollel in action on a recent visit to Eretz Yisroel. He said, “I saw such simchas chaim on the faces of the yungeleit. They live in such poverty but they are so happy! It is such a zechus to partner yungeleit in Eretz Yisroel.”
