Rav Dov Horowitz, Rosh Kollel of Kollel Dvar Sholom was the special guest at Quaker Hill
Cottages on Shabbos Nachamu. Quaker Hill Cottages is one of the few bungalow colonies that has made an Adopt-a-Kollel partnership with a kollel and Rav Horowitz comes every summer to reconnect with his kehillah and give divrei chizuk. In past years, he has come with his rebbetzin and she has addressed the wives of the kehillah as well. This year, he came alone and spoke multiple times throughout the Shabbos.
